Background
National Offset Warehouse is a family run business located in the Orange County city of Laguna Hills that sells offset printing equipment and supplies to commercial printers on the west coast. They have been in business since 1999 and has steadily grown their sales through a combination of direct marketing, sales calls, and word of mouth. Having reached all possible customers on the West Coast, National Offset Warehouse demanded a website that would attract customers nationwide.
Needs
National Offset Warehouse needed a functional e-commerce web presence to help customers across the country find their products. They wanted an online store that was easy to navigate for customers, and easy to find on search engines. Requirements for the online store demanded a store platform to make it simple for them to upload new products, and modify existing products on their own. Website development needed to fit a budget of $1000 per month and the store had to be functional 2 months from the start of project.
Solution
Workforce on Demand developed a website for National Offset Warehouse on the ProStores e-commerce platform. Initial web development was focused on getting products loaded into the store, and developing intuitive site navigation to get customers to the right products.
Subsequent months were spent optimizing the website for search engines, uploading over 2000 high resolution product photos, redesigning the look and feel of the site, as well as implementing specialized product features. Additionally, Workforce on Demand developed National Offset Warehouse’s company blog (OffsetPrintingBlog.com) and works with them regularly to update their posts.

Through developing and online store and company blog, National Offset Warehouse has not only accomplished their goal of reaching new customers across the United States, but has gained new customers in various countries throughout the world.
